Privacy
What we do with what you send us, in plain terms.
What this site collects
One thing: whatever you type into the inquiry form. That is your name, your email address, a phone number if you choose to give one, and what you tell us about the piece and the room it is going in. Nothing else on this site collects anything about you.
What we do with it
We read it and we answer you. That is the whole purpose. We do not sell it, rent it, trade it, or hand it to anyone who is not helping us answer you or build your piece.
Tracking, advertising, and cookies
There is no advertising pixel on this site, no analytics account watching you move through it, and no third-party script following you off it. Because we set no cookie for any of that, you will not find a consent banner here either. If that ever changes, this page changes first and you will be asked.
Email and the form
Form submissions reach us as email. The service that delivers that mail handles the message in transit, the same way any email provider does. Fonts and images on this site are served from this site, so loading a page here does not tell anyone else that you visited.
Asking us to delete it
Email dustin@heritageamericanwoodworks.com or call (239) 692-3804 and ask. We will delete what we hold, other than anything we have to keep for a piece we are actually building for you.
Children
This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect anything from them.
